Schedule for Clear Springs Place

Schedule for Clear Springs for Spring/Summer:

Mowing on Thursdays. Due to weather and problems that arise we may not aways finish on Thursdays and the crew WILL be back on Friday to finish. Pre - Emergent is put out early March and we spray for weeds around the last week of March.

Sprinkler Schedule for townhomes and common areas: Tuesday and Friday. Note: If City of Richardson has water restrictions sprinklers will be according to restrictions.

SHRUB TRIMMING INFORMATION:

* Shrubs are trimmed April - November

* It takes about two weeks to do whole complex and each home is trimmed about every 4- 5 weeks

* Please understand this could be off due to weather

What is trimmed:

*All shrubs that are inside the steel edging along the front and side of the house

*Nothing in the yard itself is trimmed, this includes trees in the yard, which are the responsibility of the home owner (including townhomes).

*Nothing inside the back yard fence.
